Manufacture of curved toughened glass at our factory. Precision bent curved tempered (toughened) glass. The video shows bending and toughening of a curved 6mm Pilkington K glass for one of the curved doors we are producing. The glass is cooked in the oven at 680'c and then fed into the quencher, bent and cooled rapidly to toughen it.
