It's a very simple salad recipe: Ingredients: (serves 4 persons) - 2 letuces - 200 gr haloumi cheese (Cypriot cheese) - 2 slices dried bread in the oven or crouton - 3/4 of tea cup Greek virgin olive oil - 1/4 of teacup Greek red wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon mustard - salt/black pepper ------------------------------------------------------------ Break the letuce leaves in a big bawl using your hands. Crush the dried bread slices in chunks and add them on top. In a frying pan saute the haloumi cheese on medium heat till turns light brown from all sides. Take it out of the pac and slice it. Add it on the salad. Prepare the vinegret using the Greek virgin olive oil, the vinegar and the mustard. Pour it on top of the salad. Add a littlebit of salt and black pepper
